Stels Group of Companies specializes in engineering and complete packaged supply with more than 18 years of supply experience of valves and actuators of standard and bespoke design.
In 2015 company OOO NPP StelsPromMash, a part of Stels Group of Companies, performed a range of activities aimed at adoption of procedures for design development and manufacturing of ball valves and piston actuators. StelsPromMash design bureau developed a complete set of design documents for manufacturing of ball valves for standard and extreme service conditions based on advanced technological solutions. SPM-KSH series ball valves received all necessary certificates in accordance with TR CU requirements. In 2016 SPM-KSH ball valves and SPM-PP actuators completed successful trials at Orgenergogaz testing facility.

SPM ball valves for cryogenic service, designed in accordance with technical specification 3742-001-40886479-2015, have the following technical specifications:
• Nominal diameter: DN6-DN200, full or reduced bore;
• Working medium temperature down to –268,9 °C;
• Nominal pressure: from vacuum to 300 bar, higher pressure if requested;
• Connection to pipeline: welded, flanged, threaded, wafer;
• Service: LNG, nitrogen, oxygen, air, helium, argon, methane, etc.
Applications: production, transportation and storage of LNG and other industrial gases, petroleum industry, metallurgy, medicine, aerospace industry.
Operation: manual or automated with actuators.
