To inform and involve the
target audience of specialists to
the exhibition permanent work in the
following directions is carried out:
1. Regular publications of
advertising materials in Russian and
foreign periodicals including the
ones that deal with exhibition
themes;
2. Advancing on the Internet: the
deployment of banners and textual
information on leading Russian and
foreign portals dealing with the
industry, on the sites of
information support, the deployment
of operational information on the
exhibition on Russian and foreign
exhibitions portals, it’s recurrent
inclusion into e-mailing throughout
the audience of all the subscribers;
3. Direct-mail on specially created
databases;
4. Promotion at Russian and foreign
exhibitions, conferences and
seminars on cryogenic and related
subjects;
5. Distribution of complimentary
tickets among the specialists of
cryogenic industry and among the
exhibitors to invite the target
audience on our own databases;
6. Giving complimentary tickets to
the visitors of last year who left
the data about themselves when being
at the exhibition.
