Post-release:

From September 16th to 18th, the 22nd international specialized exhibition "Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases" was held in Pavilion 57 at VDNKh in Moscow.

Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases is an annual event for professionals in cryogenic technologies, industrial gases, and equipment for their production, transportation, distribution, and consumption.

In 2025, 46 companies from Russia and China participated in the exhibition, showcasing a wide range of cryogenic and gas cylinder equipment, including nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen generators, compressors, industrial gases, metal hoses with screen-vacuum insulation, cryogenic valves, carbon dioxide production equipment, cryogenic tanks, LNG storage tanks, and much more.

Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases was attended by 2,047 specialists from Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, China, Turkey, and Russia. Visitors included specialists and executives from metallurgical, mechanical engineering, oil and gas, electrical engineering, defense, chemical, energy companies, and research institutes.

Regular exhibitors include:

GazZaChas (Moscow), KRIOBAK (Moscow), NTK Kriogenic Technology (Omsk), Mir Gaz (Yekaterinburg), Monitoring Valve and Fitting (Moscow), INGA (Naberezhnye Chelny), ONH Systems (Moscow), Plamya (Reutov), Polikom (Chernogolovka), and Snabarmatur (Krasnoznamensk). Beijing UEC CORPORATION, Hangzhou Nuzhuo Technology Group, Hebei Runfeng Low Temperature Equipment, Huanghe Air Separation Group, Huzhou Baihui Cryogenic Equipment, HUZHOU SANJING CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT, SHANGHAI EVIAN ECHAN TECHNOLOGY, Wuxi Zhongbo Cryogenic Engineering, Xinxiang Chengde Energy Technology Equipment, Zhejiang TewinCryo Liquefy Equipment, and others.

The following companies participated in the exhibition for the first time:

Cryotechnics, PROGAZ, NPP Stelsprommash, Teploizoljatsionnye Materialy, Turboserv, Hydrogen Technologies Center, HANGZHOU CROSSTAR CRYOGENIC TECHNOLOGY, Taylor-Wharton (Beijing) Cryogenic Equipment, Vacree Technologies, WUXI HUARUIDE AUTOMATION & MACHINERY COMPANY, and others.

PROGAZ presented projects for the construction of air separation units using the BOO model—outsourcing of industrial gases. The company designs, builds, and operates the units at its own expense, supplying gases under long-term contracts. Currently, one of the largest air separation units in Europe, with a capacity of 85,000 Nm³/h O₂, is in the active construction phase to support the blast furnace process at a metallurgical plant.

ONH Systems presented a dual-tower adsorption nitrogen generator. This high-tech equipment allows you to produce high-purity nitrogen—up to 99.999%—directly on-site, ensuring an uninterrupted gas supply.

Following two years of research and development (R&D), Kriotekhnika Ltd developed and presented an innovative method for manufacturing cryogenic vessels. This new method significantly reduces the metal content of the product—by up to 20%, thereby reducing costs while maintaining all its operational and strength characteristics.

The Cryobak company demonstrated cryocylinders and cryogenic gasifiers for argon, nitrogen and oxygen with a nominal volume of 80 to 500 liters, cryocylinders for liquid helium, 20-foot and 40-foot cryogenic ISO containers for transporting liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon and hydrogen, as well as shut-off, control and safety valves for liquid and gaseous hydrogen and helium, systems for preparing welding mixtures based on two-component gas mixers and cryogenic gasifiers.

StelsPromMash SPE, Ltd., a Russian manufacturer of ball valves, presented the SPM cryogenic ball valves, which have the following main technical characteristics: DN 15-200; working medium temperature down to minus 269°C; PN 1.6-16.0 MPa; pipeline connection: welded, flanged, coupling; working medium: LNG, nitrogen, oxygen, air, helium, argon, methane, etc.

Monitoring Ventil and Fitting showcased one of its flagship products—a high-pressure atmospheric evaporator, which boasts a minimal footprint. This compact design is achieved through a special heat exchange matrix and the installation of a fan at the top of the evaporator. Weighing only 250 kg, the evaporator is ideal for small and medium-capacity filling stations. High-pressure cylinders made of high-quality steel, with an operating pressure of 200 bar and a capacity of 50 liters, are also available. Using cylinders of this volume offers a significant advantage over standard 40-liter cylinders—their capacity is 67% greater than standard cylinders. This means that a company's cylinder inventory, when switching to these cylinders en masse, can be reduced by 40%, significantly saving space and budget.

Turboserv LLC, a developer of innovative software products, presented one of them at the exhibition: the "Automated Cylinder Accounting System (ACAS)." The ACAS is designed to effectively manage gas cylinder data. Using advanced radio-frequency identification (RFID) technologies or QR code labeling, each cylinder is identified with a "digital passport," enabling efficient process control, significantly simplifying inventory processes, and improving the safety of cylinder fleet operations.

Over the three days of the exhibition, companies were able to present their new products and equipment to industry professionals and specialists, meet with partners and clients, establish new business contacts, and exchange experiences with colleagues.

The next exhibition, "Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases 2026," will be held in September 2026 at VDNKh. For inquiries about participation and booth reservations, please contact the exhibition management team!
