The 23rd International Specialized Exhibition
"Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases" took place at VDNH in
Moscow from September 16 to 18.
"Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases" serves as an
industry platform for manufacturers and users of cryogenic
technologies, as well as suppliers of industrial gases and
equipment for their production, transportation,
distribution, and consumption.
This year, 31 companies from Russia and China
participated in the exhibition. Russian exhibitors included
manufacturers of cryogenic equipment and suppliers of
industrial gases. Companies from China showcased air
separation units, cryogenic valves, gasification units, gas
generators, and much more.
The "Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases"
exhibition attracted 1,924 specialists from key industrial
sectors, including metallurgy, medicine, mechanical
engineering, the oil and gas industry, and the chemical and
energy sectors. Visitors came from Belarus, Kazakhstan,
China, Turkey, and Russia.
As part of the business program, the 23rd
scientific and practical conference "Cryogenic Technologies
and Equipment: Development Prospects" took place, featuring
presentations by industry specialists:
"CAPEX vs. OPEX in Air Separation Unit (ASU)
Selection"
Anastasia Letyagina, Chief Specialist in Air Separation,
Gazsurf LLC
Use of domestically produced compression
fittings for instrumentation piping in LNG and CNG projects:
- the dual-ferrule technology,
- maintaining leak-tightness during thermal cycling
(examining the plastic and elastic deformation of ferrules),
- marine-grade versions for LNG projects,
- challenges in localizing the production of compression
fittings.

Companies demonstrated at the exhibition::
INGA
JSC presented a device for removing contaminants from
surfaces using cryogenic cleaning. The material used is dry
ice granules, which are supplied with compressed air to the
surface to be cleaned, as well as a system for remote
control of gas containers. Wireless sensors on cryocylinders
automatically transmit pressure, level and flow rate to the
cloud, the user sees the status of the entire tank fleet on
a map and in graphs via a web platform, without on-site
visits or manual measurements.
NPO
GKMP is a manufacturer of high-pressure metal hoses (Dn
6–300 mm) for transporting gases and liquids from –270°C to
+650°C at pressures up to 440 bar. Cryogenic hoses are a
multi-shell design with vacuum insulation (the “thermos”
principle), which minimizes product losses. Advantages:
quick installation, reusable, completely sealed, tested with
a helium leak detector. Registered in the Register of
Russian Industrial Products.
The
Cryosystems Group presented engineering solutions for
facilities handling helium, neon, and LNG, including
boil-off gas (BOG) management. Key offerings include systems
for the recovery, purification, liquefaction, and
process-cycle reintegration of valuable gases, as well as GM
cryocoolers, helium compressors, liquefiers, and cryogenic
process modules. Company specialists provide consultation on
solution selection and integration, tailored to specific
site parameters and technical requirements.
Hangzhou
Linan Xinran Solar Equipment supplies efficient, durable
equipment designed to expand tank capacity, upgrade welding
systems, and establish specialized cryogenic production
lines for the aerospace industry, leveraging its expertise
in automation and process optimization. The company’s
product portfolio features comprehensive solutions for
vacuum-insulated cryogenic tanks, liquid hydrogen and LNG
vessels, cryogenic valves, and transfer systems—including
vacuum-insulated piping, tank welding equipment, hot
spinning machines, hydrostatic test stands, and cryogenic
assembly stations.
Designed specifically for the clean energy, aerospace, R&D,
and medical sectors, the company’s equipment meets global
standards such as IATF 16949 and supports the production of
ISO tanks for H2, LNG, liquid nitrogen, and high-purity
ammonia.
Monitoring
Ventil i Fitting LLC showcased a comprehensive cryogenic
ecosystem for efficient gasification and distribution,
comprising:
- a high-pressure atmospheric vaporizer. Weighing just 250
kg, it delivers impressive performance thanks to a unique
design and a forced-air convection system—minimal footprint,
maximum gas output;
- a cryogenic vessel. Reliable storage with minimal
losses—the foundation of your facility's operational
autonomy;
- a cryogenic pump and valves—components critical to process
continuity and representing an industrial standard of
reliability honed over years;
- cryogenic piping systems with vacuum insulation. A wide
range of components, including flexible and rigid piping,
bayonet connectors, valves, and separators.
Predklap
introduced visitors to safety valves rated for pressures
from 0.3 to 600 bar and operating temperatures ranging from
-196°C to +450°C. The exhibition featured a display of
various valve types:
- stainless steel and brass safety valves,
- models with ducted discharge and atmospheric discharge,
- valves with manual override (rotary nut and lever),
- emergency-design valves,
- remotely actuated valves,
- a safety valve system with a changeover valve.
Turboserv
LLC develops innovative software products, one of which
is the "Automated Gas Cylinder Tracking System" (ASUB). ASUB
is designed to efficiently manage data regarding the
movement of gas cylinders. By utilizing advanced RFID
technology or QR-code labeling, a "digital passport" is
created for each cylinder; this enables efficient tracking
of operational processes, significantly simplifies inventory
management, and enhances the safety of cylinder fleet
operations.
Anhui
Haina New Materials Co., Ltd. supplies high-quality
carbon molecular sieves—the primary adsorbent used in
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation. Their
carbon molecular sieves are characterized by high nitrogen
purity, stable adsorption properties, and a long service
life, making them widely applicable across the food,
chemical, metallurgical, and electronics industries.
Over the course of the three-day exhibition,
exhibitors showcased their solutions to a target audience,
met with partners and clients, expanded their business
networks, and exchanged expertise with industry peers.
The next "Cryogen-Expo. Industrial Gases
2027" exhibition will take place in the autumn of 2027.
