Information Report on the activity at the 6th International Specialized Exhibition "Cryogen-Expo - 2007":

The 6th International Specialized Exhibition “Cryogen-Expo” was successfully finished clearly demonstrating the approach of the main purpose, which was primordial forwarded by the Organizing Committee to carry out the event enable the exhibitors to establish new business contacts and partners relations, the event which could help to develop the cryogenic branch and to broadly use the applied cryogenic technologies in the different branches of industry and medicine.

This largest annual brand international event was recurrently held in Moscow from the 13th till 16th of November, 2007 at the Center “Moskva” (The All Russian Exhibition Center, Hall No70). It was organized by the Exhibition Company “Mir-Expo” under the auspices of the International Institute of Refrigeration, the International Academy of Refrigeration, the “Moskva”- Moscow Center for promoting science and technology achievements, the Ukrainian Association of Industrial Gases Manufacturers “UA-SIGMA”.

The official support of the “Cryogen-Expo” exhibition rendered by the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) should be appreciated especially high and the IIR active participating in the work of the exhibition with a personal booth shows clearly the international recognition of the event.

The significant interest expressed by the foreign specialists and the increase of the number of the foreign participants and visitors of the exhibition have highlighted the same feature. The subject content of the exhibition has been developed. Besides the main directions such as, the air separating installations, technical gases and the equipment, rare and high purity gases, cryostats, safety valves e. c., the vacuum and measure and control engineering systems were exposed.

To the opinion of the specialists the exhibition has been reflecting broader from year to year the state of art and prospects of development in the field of cryogenics as regards the international market. The number of the participants and the total amount of the exhibition spaces was 40% increased in 2007. More then a half of the total amount of the participants appeared to be 29 foreign companies which represented 13 countries.

The following enterprises well known all over the world were exhibited: LINDE, CRYOGENMASH, AIR LIQUIDE, FEROX A. S., International group RARE GASES, VRV Group, GIPROKISLOROD, SIAD S. p. A., SIBCRYOMARKET, VANZETTI ENGINEERING, STIRLING etc.

The 4th International practical-research conference “Cryogenic Technologies and Equipment. Prospects of Development” was run during two days in the framework of the exhibition, the saturated subjects of the sessions, reports and presentations being provided. The Russian and foreign specialists involved presented the new development in the field of cryogenic engineering.

The Organizing Committee has obtained the favorable as a whole reviews concerning the exhibition. The great majority of the exhibitors have announced their intention to take part in the next 7th International specialized exhibition “Cryogen-Expo - 2008”.
